IWD Brunch: Industries unite to bring women together

To celebrate International Women's Day, we partnered with hospitality venue Beverly Rooftop to curate an exclusive brunch and panel discussion dedicated to championing a cause and supporting the Women’s & Girls Emergency Centre charity. Welcoming female guests from various spheres, including media, influential figures, and trailblazing women in business, the event centred on authenticity, fostering meaningful dialogue, and amplifying female leadership. Aligned with both brands commitment to philanthropy, the event endeavoured to inspire community engagement and support for impactful initiatives.

Guests indulged in a brunch menu meticulously crafted by The Beverly, accompanied by expertly crafted cocktails courtesy of our alcohol supporters, Perrier-Jouët and Malfy Gin. Amidst this culinary experience, attendees mingled and engaged in captivating conversations.

The event also featured a compact yet impactful panel discussion hosted by Arielle Thomas of Process the Podcast with panel guests Em Gurr - Creative Director Beverly Rooftop, Sally Crinis - Founder STELLA & CO + BOX-IE and Vanessa Spencer – Brand Director at The New Trend. The conversation centered on the pursuit of effortlessness in various aspects of life such as work, motherhood, and home. The discussion delved into the importance of recognising and accepting the inherent challenges that accompany everyday responsibilities. It emphasised the notion that not everything appears effortless at face value. Empowering women, the conversation advocated for self-appreciation and acknowledgment of their accomplishments.
