To ensure any delays in delivering your order are minimised, we recommend you use a work address or an address where a person is physically present and is authorised by you to accept your order.
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or by phone on 03 9002 2940 during business hours to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has been dispatched, we will assist with a redelivery depending on the status of your shipment. Please note that this may increase delivery time by up to 5 days.

Deliveries to Australian addresses are sent via Australia Post. Most metropolitan deliveries are received within 1- business days from the time of shipment, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday AEST. For regional and remote deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 business days depending on your location.

Shipments will be expected to arrive within 1 business day from the time of shipping with all orders placed before midday AEST Monday to Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend your item will be shipped on Monday. For regional and remote deliveries, please allow an extra 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Pick up In-store
FREE – No delivery charges when you collect in-store
Our pick-up in-store service allows you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges. We aim to have online orders available for collection in store within 24 hours of your purchase.
During the checkout process you have the ability to select store pick-up in shipping methods and collect your order from our Armadale Boutique in Victoria, Australia. Your order will be processed and prepared for collection. A TNT member will advise you when your order is ready and available for pick-up.
*Please note this service is only available in Victoria. Order confirmation and proof of ID matching the order details is required when order is picked up.
