Holiday Extended Returns - We will offer an extended returns policy for items purchased between 16th December and 24th December 2024, both in-store and online. These items can be returned until 12th January 2025.

You are currently on our Australian based site. All shipping costs shown below are in Australian Dollars (AUD). These shipping costs will be converted at checkout based on your currency selection.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at customercare@thenewtrend.com.au.

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. For all same day delivery shipping please ensure to place your order before 11:00am and we will deliver by 6pm the same day. Somebody must be at the nominated address to sign and receive the delivery as we cannot leave it unattended. For further information, please see our shipping page.

We do not accept returns on jewellery, sunglasses, headwear and fragrances due to hygiene reasons. All sale items are final sale.
