1. Promoters
The promoters of this giveaway are The New Trend (ABN 53 617 705 647) with its registered address at Suite 2-4, 95-97 Kooyong Road, Armadale VIC 3143
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Residents of the ACT are excluded from entering this giveaway.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Promoters, their related bodies corporate, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway commences at 3:00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, and closes at 12:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter

- Follow @tntthenewtrend on Instagram.
- Tag three friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Multiple entries are permitted.
- Bonus entries will be awarded for sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram story.
5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of:
• The New Trend: A $1,000 archive sale gift voucher, redeemable only at The New Trend Melbourne Archive Sale. Valid from 5:00pm Wednesday, 25 March 2026, until 4:00pm Sunday, 29 March 2026.
The total prize value is $1,000
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 23 March 2026 by the Promoters.
The winner will be contacted via email only from customercare@thenewtrend.com.au for prize redemption.
Please be aware of scams: The Promoters will never share links or request additional personal or banking details. Do not click on any external links claiming to be associated with this giveaway.
The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe or failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoters reserve the right to draw a new winner.
7. Prize Claim
Once eligibility is confirmed:
• The New Trend archive sale gift voucher will be issued digitally within 24 hours of prize claim.
The Promoters are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage to prizes once dispatched.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility for this giveaway. All information provided by entrants is supplied to the Promoters, not to Instagram.
9. General
• The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoters may cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
• The Promoters’ decision on all matters relating to this giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters (including their respective officers, employees, and agents) exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or from the use or misuse of the prize.
