A new chapter for Esber: SS24 runway show

Australian designer Christopher Esber established his eponymous brand in 2010. Since founding his label in Sydney, Christopher Esber has built a global reputation for contemporary tailoring with a sophisticated approach in mixing masculine and feminine codes.

This season we celebrate Christopher Esber’s first runway show at Paris Fashion Week. During his debut, Esber showcased his Spring Summer 24 collection which explores the connection between humans and nature focusing on materials and their interaction with the body.

Held at the Cité de architecture et du patrimoine, the space supported the concept of feeling connected to nature whilst also setting the tone for the collection's neutral colour palette that included stone and sand hues, muted pistachio, butter yellow and green. The designs showcase Chantilly lace and silk contrasting with ties, cloth and fluid silhouettes supported by new metallic structures.

An encounter with materials and their interaction with the body. The innate, primal feelings of being enveloped by cloth. Silhouettes are dissected, draped and reconstructed to create a feeling of being connected to nature. A big congratulations to Christopher Esber and the team on an incredible show and collection.
